Young Company Wins $2 Million Abex Display Systems Integrated Marketing Communications Account

SANTA MONICA, CA — May 30, 2000 — Business-to-business advertising, Internet marketing and public relations agency, Young Company, was recently selected by Abex Display Systems of North Hollywood, California to handle their marketing communications campaigns. The $2 million integrated program account will include both creative and media placement for Abex’ advertising, as well as e-marketing, sales promotion, collateral, direct mail, and web seminar campaigns.

Mary Beth Geiser, vice president of sales and marketing for Abex, said “Young Company was chosen because of their understanding of both the business-to-business marketing environment, and their e-marketing skills. We are relying on their advice and creative talents as we promote our expanded product lines and announce enhanced services and new industry alliances.”

Abex Display Systems (www.abex.com) is a global leader in the manufacture and sale of portable, modular trade show exhibits, sold by over 130 distributors in over two dozen countries. Abex won the ‘Best of Show’ award in February in Las Vegas at the Exhibitor Show 2000, the trade show for trade show professionals. The firm also joined forces early this year with MERO Systems Group, another supplier of exhibit systems, to offer a broader array of exhibit systems, from pop-up and panel displays to double-deck exhibits.

Young Company is a high-tech business marketing agency creating, integrating and driving strategic brand development, advertising, eMarketing, direct marketing, and public relations for accounts such as Agribuys.com, Candle Corporation, International Rectifier, TDK Semiconductor, Texas Instruments, and now Abex Display Systems.
