Business Consumer Alliance Partners With Young Company for Branding – February 13, 2014

Young Company is proud to announce their recent engagement with Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). BCA will utilize Young Company’s talents and services for social media and online support, research and branding strategy. BCA, formally Better Business Bureau (BBB) of the Southland, changed their name to expand their services they provide to consumers and businesses. This also allowed BCA to broaden their service area from the greater Los Angeles area to North America.

About BCA

The broad purpose of BCA is to promote business self regulation. They achieve this objective by assisting consumers in resolving complaints with businesses and using that complaint information along with other relevant information like customer reviews to forecast business reliability. Through a sophisticated algorithm that evaluates several different aspects of businesses, BCA is able to assign letter grades, ranging from AAA to F which assists the public in identifying reputable or disreputable companies.

BCA works closely with the media. They will assist reporters and producers in identifying and publicizing businesses engaged in illegal or unethical behavior. They regularly encounter businesses who prey on the public and are uniquely situated to provide victims and detailed information about scams and other unscrupulous operators affecting local consumers. They deem it important that the public be informed of these activities and welcome calls from the media.
